I'm fascinated by how colors work together, and am endlessly experimenting with new and unusual combinations.

My necklaces are bold interwoven spirals of grosgrain ribbon, with a structure derived from the crepe paper party garlands we made as kids. Their colors reference the rich hues of the natural world: the earthy warmth of stone, bark and spices; the cool crispness of sea and sky; the succulent tones of blossoms and berries.

Many of my designs celebrate small moments of natural beauty I encounter, with inspirations including a seagull in Norway; a lichen-covered pillar in and Maine; and a rose-wrapped slate house in Germany.
